Babcock Street, Brookline

Boston Irish Construction secured the demolition and total rebuild of this triple-decker deck located on the Maple tree lined street of Babcock in the heart of Brookline.

The timber frame 3 storey deck has served the owners well over the last 25+ years. 

​

Boston Irish Construction engaged with a local structural engineer to design new concrete foundations and a complete new deck. 

The design was submitted and approved by The Town of Brookline

The tired structure was removed, new foundations poured and a new frame erected in 2 weeks.

We offered multiple choices of wood & composite finishes to our clients, this project is due for completion in August 2024.
